These terms are the rules for using UAprep (Private). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What UAprep is
UAprep is a website that gives information, estimates and practice material to help students and parents in Bangladesh choose a private university and prepare for admission tests. We are independent. We are not part of any university, and no university or government body endorses us.
Information and estimates
We show facts about universities from their official pages, each with its source and the date we last checked it. Fees, dates and rules change, so always confirm on the university's official page before you act. Waiver and cost figures are estimates and are labelled "Estimate". We do not promise admission, a waiver, a score or any particular result.
Your account
- Give true information and keep your sign-in safe.
- One person, one account. Do not use someone else's account.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- If you are under 18, please use UAprep with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
Free and paid features
The university directory, compare, the waiver estimate, guides and the mini test are free. A season pass adds practice sets, university mocks, the step-by-step prep path and live mocks. A pass is one payment, does not renew by itself, and lasts 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the plan. The price is shown before you buy.
You pay by sending money through bKash or Nagad and entering the transaction ID (TrxID) on the payment page. Your pass opens after our team checks the payment, so it is not instant. We may reject a payment we cannot match to your order, and we will tell you why.
Refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, so please choose the pass that fits your admission date before you pay.
Mock tests and results
Mocks and practice sets are practice, not the real admission test, and a score here does not predict your admission result. An Examiner marks the written part of a university mock. We aim to give you the full result within 24 to 48 hours after you upload your written pages. This is a target, not a promise. If the pages cannot be read, we will ask you to upload clearer photos. If you skip the written part, it counts as 0.
Your content
The files and photos you upload stay yours. You allow us to store them and to show them to the people you choose, and to our Examiners and staff only as needed to give you the service.
Our content
The questions, guides, texts and design on UAprep belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own preparation. Please do not copy, resell or share them, share your pass or account with others, or collect content from the site by automated means.
Using the site properly
Do not try to break, overload or get around the site, upload harmful or unlawful files, give false information, or abuse our staff. We may suspend an account that does.
Partner offers and links
If a university or partner offers something through UAprep, it is labelled "Offer" and never changes the order of results. Links to other websites lead to places we do not control.
Keeping the service running
We try to keep UAprep available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never have a fault or a mistake. We may change or stop a feature. If we stop something you have paid for, we will extend your pass or refund you.
Limits of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make using the information on UAprep, for money you pay to a university, or for losses that are indirect. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending
You can stop using UAprep at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top. If you keep using UAprep after a change, you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka can hear any dispute.
